The Jacob Braselton Chapter, Georgia State Society, NSDAR recently hosted a Membership Education Training in Braselton for local DAR chapter members. Melody K. Porter, Georgia State Registrar and Tricia Powers, Georgia State Membership Chair presented the program which included training on how to assist prospective members on the application process, new genealogy guidelines, and the significance of the retention of members.
