The John Clarke Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution thanked our veterans by hosting a dinner at Gunter Hall this week for the Gary Lemonds American Legion Post #332.
Learn more about Veterans Day and what it means to defend the freedoms we enjoy. The John Clarke Chapter, NSDAR has created a display at the W. H. Stanton Library in honor of Veterans Day on November 11th. The exhibit features a 50th Anniversary flag commemorating the Vietnam War as well as books on Veterans and Veterans Day that are available for check out. Chapter members encourage residents of Social Circle to remember our Veterans and to thank them for serving our country and protecting our freedoms.
