Should I fall or Should I fly?

Fly: to my wants, desires and thoughts,

Fall; to my surroundings and peers

I am happy with what I want,

but you detest my wants.

I want to be Happy,

but you choose my happiness for me.

Fly to the knowledge of my understanding

Fall to do what you want me to do.

I know what I want

But you grasp my control

I have passed the stage where I do what pleases thee,

Now its my turn to choose, control and be free.

Fly to my desires,

Fall to fulfil your wishes.

Should I fly and choose my own stars

Or

Should I fall and choose yours?
